If gas or carbon monoxide is involved, we'll instruct you to evacuate and call the appropriate utilities. For other emergencies, we'll dispatch a technician as quickly as possible—often within a few hours, even on nights and weekends.

Our emergency technicians arrive prepared to handle common failures, with trucks stocked with frequently needed parts. Many emergency repairs can be completed in a single visit. For problems requiring parts we don't have on hand, we'll explain your options, which may include a temporary fix to get you through until the part arrives or scheduling a return visit for the next day.

Emergency service rates are higher than regular service calls to cover the cost of maintaining 24/7 availability. We're upfront about pricing before we start any work. In some cases, we may recommend temporary measures to get you through the night safely, allowing you to schedule regular-rate service the following day.
