- Emergency HVAC services
- System diagnostics and consultations
Service Area
Our Services are available within a 30-mile radius of Redwood City, California. Service availability may vary based on technician schedules and service demand. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our service area.
Appointments and Scheduling
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and property information
- Ensure an adult (18 years or older) is present at the property during the service appointment
- Provide safe access to HVAC equipment and work areas
- Notify us of any hazardous conditions at the property
- Cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice (at least 2 hours before the scheduled time)
We strive to arrive within the scheduled appointment window but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to varying service durations and unforeseen circumstances.
Pricing and Payment
Diagnostic Fees: A diagnostic fee may apply for service calls. This fee covers the technician's visit and system evaluation. If you proceed with the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is typically applied toward the total cost.
Estimates: We provide written estimates before performing work. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Actual costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair process.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A fee may apply for returned checks or declined payments.
Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time of service will apply.
Warranties and Guarantees
Labor Warranty: We stand behind our workmanship. Labor warranties vary by service type and will be specified on your invoice.
Parts Warranty: Parts warranties are provided by the manufacturer. We will assist with warranty claims for parts we install.
Warranty Limitations: Warranties do not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance
- Damage from power surges, floods, fires, or other external causes
- Modifications or repairs made by others after our service
- Normal wear and tear
- Pre-existing conditions not addressed during service
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peninsula HVAC Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our Services, including but not limited to:
- Loss of use, data, or profits
- Business interruption
- Property damage beyond the scope of our work
- Personal injury not directly caused by our negligence
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information about your HVAC system and service needs
- Maintain safe working conditions for our technicians
- Secure pets during service appointments
- Clear access paths to HVAC equipment
- Not attempt repairs on work performed by us without prior consultation
- Follow all recommended maintenance schedules
Independent Contractor Status
Peninsula HVAC Repair is an independent HVAC service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized dealers of any HVAC equipment manufacturer. Brand names mentioned on our website are for identification purposes only and are trademarks of their respective owners.
Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
